Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is responsible for many of the most aromatic and intriguing white wines of the world. When grown in cooler climates, Sauvignon Blanc shows pungent vegetal notes on the nose, gooseberry, grassy, and capsicum flavors on the palate, and is highly acidic. In warmer climates, Sauvignon Blanc maintains its acidity, but has riper fruit flavors and floral elements. Sauvignon Blanc is grown throughout the world, but is especially successful in France, Australia and New Zealand.
